Easton Little League will hold Sunday baseball training clinics at the Samuel Staples Elementary School gym from Feb. 22 through March 24 (five sessions). Times and divisions are as follows:
Tee-ball (age 4-5): 12 noon to 1 p.m.
Rookies (age 6-7): 1 to 2
AA (age 8): 2 to 3
AAA (age 9-10): 3 to 4
Majors (age 11-12): 4 to 5
All ages are of April 30, 2013
The youngest players in tee-ball wall will focus on the fundamentals. Intermediate players in Rookies and AA will focus on hitting, fielding and throwing while advanced players in AAA and Majors will focus on pitching and catching. Clinics will be led by Coach Gary Kuhn, formerly of the Easton Community Center and current high school coach, with assistance from Easton Little League coaches.
The cost is free for the tee-ball players and $75 for all other players for the five sessions. Registration is open online at www.eastonlittleleague.com (click on registration).
